Art Cache vs Dalvick

The older ROMS use Dalvick cache, but ART is experimental with 4.4 but I see application launch and photo load a lot faster. Email sync and file copy is so much faster.

I think the old Dalvick cache is going to be shelved and the new ART is going to be used.
